New on TV FAQ

What does New on TV show?

It combines selected U.S. primetime broadcast and cable listings with new streaming releases for the date you choose.

Does it include streaming releases?

Yes. Streaming-first releases can appear alongside traditional TV listings when they are available from the schedule data.

Why do some streaming shows say “Streaming” instead of showing a time?

Many streaming releases are published by date without a traditional broadcast airtime, so the guide labels those entries as Streaming.

Can I choose which channels and services appear?

Yes. Use Settings to choose the broadcast, cable, and streaming services you want included. The browser can remember those choices locally.

Can I use this on a smart TV?

The interface is designed for TV-style arrow navigation and Enter / OK selection. Exact remote-key support can vary by television browser.

Why are several episodes sometimes shown on one line?

When multiple episodes of the same streaming series are released on the same day, they can be grouped into one compact listing so the page stays easy to browse.
